Job Responsibilities: Evaluate, architect, and deploy Data Protection technologies to reduce the firm's data risk footprint and provide data protection controls to protect company and customer data. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: developing and maintaining a data security architecture approach, framework, and supporting porocesses that enables the enterprise to develop and implement secure data platforms, data stores, and intelligence solutions that are clearly aligned with business and tehcnology objectives. Developing data security pattersn, standards, and architectural decisdion rewcords to ensure data at rest, in motion or in use is accurately secured. Develloping standards and practices for data encryption and tokenization in the organization, based on the oraganization's data classification criteria. Collaborating closely with other security architects and security practitioners to share standard methodologies and insights. Working with Data Governance and Privacy to understand Schwab Data Classification models and designs data security standards, processes, solutions, and controls. Interpreting business, technology, and threat drivers and developing practical security roadmaps to deal with these drivers. Develop blueprints and procedures to effectively secure company data against accidental and unaothorized modification, destruction or disclosure. Creating and defining strategies and roadmaps encompassing data cloud architecture, data access management, and data monitoriing. Designing and developing architectures for cloud and cloud/hybrid-based systems.

What you have


Job Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 72 months of experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following: 1. Data Protection strategies and solutions; 2. Designing and implementing data security services and tools applied to Cloud and On-Prem Hybrid environments; and 3. Research and implementation of encryption and tokenization techniques and solutions.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
