Job Responsibilities: Create AI roadmaps for enabling conversational platforms for different lines of business. Adapt latest large language models to use cases in Schwab to drive process efficiencies and enhance user experience. Build and implement descriptive and predictive models using Natural language processing techniques, machine learning algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques to generate insights that help business with tactical and strategic planning and comply with risk management policies. Follow Agile practices for project delivery.. Communicate the business value generated from different analyses and work with stakeholders for plan to action. Collaborate with cross function teams to understand requirements and translating into data science workflows. Apply machine learning, NLP, Generative AI and statistical techniques to generate/refine the optimal training corpus for the virtual assistant.

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s related experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field and 36 months of related experience. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following: Applications of large language models including GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Gemini, Llama, PaLM in Financial services; Conversational AI analytics pipeline, AI Ops, LLM Ops and Natural Language Processing Techniques; Implementing Machine Learning and Statistical techniques like Random Forest, XGBoost, Linear and Logistic Regression, CART or SVM; Python programming; SQL and NoSQL databases; and Conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow ES/CX and Vertex AI.Requires 24 months of experience involving the following: Applications of large language models including GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Gemini, Llama, PaLM in Financial services; Conversational AI analytics pipeline, AI Ops, LLM Ops and Natural Language Processing Techniques; Implementing Machine Learning and Statistical techniques like Random Forest, XGBoost, Linear and Logistic Regression, CART or SVM; Python programming; SQL and NoSQL databases; and Conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow ES/CX and Vertex AI.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
