We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our Workday Talent Management Technology associated with Talent Reviews, Performance Reviews, Objectives, Skills, Succession Planning, Career Development and Talent Marketplace.  You will be the primary advocate for our users and will collaborate closely with senior HR leadership, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions within our Workday ecosystem.

You will collaborate with key business and technology partners to define scope, manage the scrum backlog, interpret and refine requirements, develop Epics and Stories, and collaborate with other technology domains to help the team deliver technology solutions.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Own & communicate product vision for Workday Talent Optimization & Performance and other HR Tools across the HR functional area to define, recommend, prioritize, and implement solutions aligning to strategic goals.
  • Establish project management discipline and governance processes to support initiatives end to end from project planning through testing to delivery to ensure a successful end-user experience for all new deployments and on-going maintenance of Workday and GLOAT Platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and internal technology partners and include industry best practices to architect technology solutions needed to drive alignment of business needs and lead discussions to arrive at mutually agreeable solution options.
  • Work with technical resources to maintain platform health and look for continuous improvement options, as well as assist with troubleshooting/resolution of escalated product issues.
