The Workplace Services Digital Product Management team is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager and people leader with experience in managing and successfully developing digital products and experiences in financial services aimed at corporate clients.

Workplace Services provides equity compensation, retirement recordkeeping, employee monitoring solutions and brokerage services to corporate clients and their employees. The Product Management team is responsible for the welfare of the WFS product suite and sets the priorities for the product roadmap and the management of the lifecycle of our products. 

In this role, you and your team will be responsible for shaping the Salesforce digital product and platform strategies and leading the digital transformation and adoption required to make Salesforce the go-to desktop experience for our Workplace B2B Sales, Relationship Management and Services teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and lead the Salesforce CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog
  • Translate business needs into actionable capabilities and solutions
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and change management
  • Lead Salesforce AI assistant implementation and future optimization phases
  • Influence process improvement, client experience, and operational efficiency
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and impact of Salesforce implementation
  • Lead and guide product managers in their professional development and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
  • Communicate and present product features, benefits, and roadmap to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Collaborate with leaders across Workplace, Schwab Technology and other Schwab Business Units, influence decision-making and prioritize decisions to drive results

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • A Minimum 8+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise software products and/or platforms and/or other internal products & tools within Financial Services, ideally with hands-on experience working on Salesforce or CRM type product
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate compelling vision and strategy and translate that to actionable roadmaps and results
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in a Scaled Agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions
  • Understands and incorporates the voice of the customer through research and feedback loop
  • A minimum of 5+ years of direct people leadership, i.e., directly responsible for hiring, performance appraisals, etc.
  • An undergraduate degree

  • Advanced degree
  • Strong emotional intelligence/maturity and senior level executive presence
