We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineering Manager to provide strategic direction to our software quality engineers by applying modern engineering principles to optimize our organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.

You will be working with a team of talented technologists and subject matter experts who bring a lot of energy, focus and fresh ideas that support our mission to provide value by seeing the world “Through Clients' Eyes.”

What you have


Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of software development management/leadership experience (QA team leadership experience highly preferred)
    • 5+ years experience running large/complex IT projects with multiple internal/external dependencies
    • 3+ years experience providing oversight to multiple Agile teams
    • Ability to articulate designs and guide engineers and software quality engineers utilizing modern programming languages (preferably Java or similar language)
    • Proven experience testing applications native iOS and Android Mobile Applications
    • Strong knowledge of mobile specific testing types such as: device compatibility, network condition testing, performance testing, push notifications, app permissions, and deep linking
    • Experience with mobile test automation tools, such as Appium, Expresso, XCUITest, Detox
    • Ability to lead or guide the team in choosing and implementing mobile automation test strategies
    • Understanding of how to balance testing on physical devices vs. simulators
    • Familarity with mobile build and deployment pipelines and integration mobile tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., using GitHub, Bitrise)
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
