The Senior Manager, Strategic Communications & Enablement is accountable for enhancing understanding of and confidence in business strategies. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated enablement and communication strategies that support the organization’s business objectives. The Senior Manager serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, manages cross-functional communication initiatives, leads strategic leader communication channels, ensures consistent messaging all communications deliverables, and defines and delivers on key success measures.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience designing and executing a variety of communication or enablement strategies
• Experience as a communications and/or enablement strategic thought partner
• Proficiency in designing visually appealing materials, using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, infographic software, etc. Experience using Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Illustrator is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
