DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

As a vital member of the Charitable Analytics team, the Manager, Analytics Developer helps support the information delivery, analytics, and decision support needs of the organization. In this role you will create and analyze routine reports, serve as analytical and reporting support to key strategic programs, respond to ad-hoc data requests, and work with other members of the Charitable Analytics team to shape the future of analytics at DAFgiving360.

  • Developing and deploying business intelligence solutions using tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
  • Leveraging multiple different data sources to surface actionable insights that drive business decision making
  • Applying strong critical thinking skills, data expertise, and attention to detail to developing solutions to complex business problems
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with members of other teams within the business to determine the data and reporting needs in a proactive manner

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Charitable Analytics Sprint lifecycle, quality assurance and routine tasks
  • Curating presentation level data to support reporting efficacy and performance using ETL tools and Google BigQuery
  • Creating automation to reduce swivel-chair reporting and improve efficiency

What you have


  • A minimum of 3 or more years of related experience in business intelligence or a related field
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working with DAFgiving360 data and partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance or related field is required
  • Experience with one or more of the following tools preferred: Tableau, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, SQL, Python, R
  • Strong analytical skills with a natural tendency to derive insights from and spot issues with data and the resourcefulness to find solutions and overcome barriers
  • Ability to explain complicated information to both technical and non-technical partners
  • Ability to build relationships with, and provide thought leadership with a wide range of business partners across business functions and levels including Senior Management
  • Brokerage and/or financial services industry experience is a plus
