Your opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).  This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week.

We're looking for a motivated Manager to join the Advisor Services Digital Content Experience Team. As an individual contributor, you'll make an impact on our digital and campaign experiences that earn and maintain confidence in Schwab, build awareness of the breadth and depth of Schwab's products and services and boost engagement with our digital channels and campaigns aimed at helping independent financial advisors be their best.

You'll spend your day-to-day:

  • Creating and supporting websites, including content management, processes, and infrastructure.
  • Working on large scale campaigns and initiatives as part of a project team, collaborating with fellow marketers to execute and bring projects and digital experiences to life.
  • Supporting site performance and optimization strategies and reporting.
  • Project managing your individual plans as well as cross team plans, staying on deadlines per various project roadmaps.
  • Contributing as a thought partner in solving complex problems.
  • Working with agencies to bring AS digital experiences to life.

You're known for:

  • Great digital content experiences. You know what makes a website experience user-friendly and intuitive.
  • Writing and copyediting. From emails to web copy to internal comms – you have a knack for copy.
  • Thinking big (or small). You live for brainstorming and critical thinking, and you enjoy asking questions, sharing your POV, and bringing ideas to life.
  • Working in gray areas. When things get murky, you stay cool, confident, and flexible.
  • Getting things done. You love creating and following well-thought-out project plans to get the job done on time, on budget, and error free. Juggling projects? No problem.
  • Collaborating. A team-based environment is where you thrive. You enjoy pitching in, giving (and getting) input, and inspiring others to achieve shared goals.
  • Making the complex simple. You can take anything complicated, add structure and make it easier.
  • Taking action. You are self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented. You're not afraid to make an informed decision and you've got the grit to figure things out.
  • Creating great slides and spreadsheets. Need a plan, business case or an update outlined in PowerPoint? Piece of cake. Need to track work, budget, or prioritize tasks in Excel? Bring it!
  • Being a quick study. You like rolling up your sleeves on tools and skills new to you.
