DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s). This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week.

The Content Marketing Manager role is tied to our growth objectives and key results for brand awareness, new accounts, recontributions, and increased grants, as well as penetration among Schwab Retail clients and registered investment advisors (RIAs). This individual is part of the DAFgiving360 Marketing team and will:

  • Manage existing content analysis, delivery, and execution—inclusive of webpages, articles, collateral, calculators, and infographics—for current and prospective donors and RIAs.
  • Serve as Strategic Partnerships marketing liaison, responsible for bringing third-party resources to life via thoughtful marketing campaign integration, partnering with the cross-functional Marketing team to ensure successful content amplification.
  • Serve as “business as usual (BAU)” lead for ongoing quarterly updates, including but not limited to the Investment Pools Quarterly Performance Report, Investment Pools Fact Sheet, and Account Minimums and Fees Fact Sheet.
  • Align with the DAFgiving360 Business Transformation team by serving as lead for the Marketing team’s Voice of Employee Portal.
  • Assist in developing bios and other new content and messaging to align with organizational priorities.

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, economics, finance, or a related subject, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years’ experience in content marketing or advertising management, with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience producing and promoting high-quality/compelling content in various formats (including rich media).
  • Previous use of marketing performance data to make decisions.
  • Project management skills (e.g., planning of integrated marketing, managing complex projects, collaborating with others, and attention to timing of deliverables and tasks).
  • Past work for a charitable, financial services, or fintech organization or similar highly regulated industry.
  • A high level of motivation.
