DAFgiving360 is an independent public charity created to increase charitable giving in the United States by offering the flexible giving solution of a donor-advised fund (DAF) account.  A donor-advised fund account is a simple, flexible, tax-smart investment account designed specifically for charitable purposes that offers clients and advisors a simple and streamlined way to contribute, invest and grant effectively.  We are a leading national donor-advised fund provider—having granted to over 270,000 charities nationwide since inception on behalf of our donors.

Throughout the 8-week paid DAFgiving360 Intern Program, you will serve our clients' needs through immediate, thoughtful, and thorough responses to client inquires via our 800-phone line, email channels, or other communication channels. Deepen relationships by providing resourceful, effective problem analysis and resolution for our clients and advisors. You will also ensure accurate and timely service on client requests while practicing active listening, open ended dialogue, and rapport building to gain a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs to enhance their charitable giving.

Requiered Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an anticipated graduation date in between December 2026 and June 2027
  • Ability to work full time and be on-site at our Westlake, TX Schwab campus during the 8-week program (June 8 to July 31, 2026)
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

     • Confident and engaging presence
     • A collaborative style and client-focused mentality
     • Curious, analytical, and strong attention to detail
     • Ability to critically think through a problem and develop a solution
