Charles Schwab Asset set Management is responsible for managing the Investment and Asset Management businesses of Schwab. The Wealth Asset Management (WAM) Engineering team is part of the Schwab Technology Services (STS) organization and this opportunity is on the Alternatives Investments and Insurance & Annuities Team.    

The Sr Manager Software Development and Engineering Senior have the following core competencies:

What you have


On top of these core competencies, the candidate must have:

  • Knowledge of the Asset and Investment management business.

  • 7+ years’ experience working with scrum teams on large project, performing development and testing.

  • 7+ years of Schwab domain technology experience as a current or recent contractor or employee

  • 10+ years’ experience with Alternative Investments. Specifically with Retail Alternative Investments (RAI) as well as knowledge of the Alternative Investments (AI) Select, AI Marketplace and AI OneSource channels. Also knowledge of iCapital and AI Center systems.

  • 3+ years working with Insurance and Annuities. Specifically, knowledge of Hexure/Firelight as well as knowledge of AnnuityNet.

  • 7+ experience in Project Management managing large cross domain projects.

  • 7+ years’ experience, knowledge of and working with Core CS&Co systems such as CAT, O2, SAC, CST,CRT, SU, DocIntake, Salesforce and Ondemand/SPOS

  • 8+ years’ experience, knowledge of and working with C# .NET, Anguular and SQL
