As a Campus Recruiting Specialist you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of talent acquisition, scouting the brightest minds from top universities to shape the future of our organization. You play a pivotal role in building relationships with university partners, students, campus organizations, and essential business partners, directly influencing our employer branding and recruitment strategy while crafting engaging and inclusive experiences for prospective early career talent candidates. Key Outcomes:

  • Creating, executing, evaluating and optimizing campus recruiting strategy to drive candidate pipeline for Early Career Talent programs.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to attract long term early talent to Schwab.
  • Advocating for early career talent while helping strategize and lead our on campus recruiting activities in your dedicated markets.
  • Partnering with universities to create engaging recruiting/branding events.
  • Utilizing outreach activities through platforms like Handshake and Symplicity to drive applications for Early Career Talent programs.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years of recruiting experience, with expertise in the Early Talent Space.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 20% depending on the time of year and business need.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep networking and relationship building skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate Schwab’s Employee Value Proposition and industry trends.
  • Working knowledge of Handshake, Symplicity, iCIMS and Workday.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent project management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Proven success anticipating, improvising and adapting to achieve key outcomes.
  • Ability to leverage data to influence decision-making.
  • Previous success engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to effectively market and sell Schwab as an employer of choice.
  • Resourceful, results-oriented and solution-minded.
