Schwab Network is looking for a  market-savvy Host and Digital Content Strategist  to join its team of financial storytellers and deliver high-impact content across TV and digital platforms. This is a high-visibility role suited for a  presenter with a deep understanding of markets, a sharp editorial voice, and the ability to communicate complex financial stories clearly and credibly to investors. 

We’re seeking someone who can lead live market coverage, break down company news and macroeconomic developments, and generate high-quality content across platforms. This role will also ideate and contribute to overall digital content strategy to drive a high quality experience across channels.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead live c overage of major business stories, economic data, and market-moving headlines with a sharp, investor-first focus.
• Deliver real-time insights on equities, sectors, and breaking company news—explaining the “why” behind the moves.
• Cover macro trends such as inflation, rates, earnings, labor, and geopolitics in a way that connects directly to market behavior and portfolio decisions.
• Host and fill in across network programs, including breaking news, mid-day updates, and a weekly market recap show that gives self-directed investors the clarity they need for the week ahead.
• Conduct compelling interviews with CEOs, economists, analysts, and policy experts to extract key insights and break news.
• Create and appear in content across platforms—linear broadcast, SchwabNetwork.com, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram—designed to grow brand awareness and reach diverse audience segments.
• Contribute to editorial content, including the Schwab Network Market Minute and on-air scripts, and collaborate with producers and researchers to shape show rundowns and segment angles.
• Be prepared to go live anytime for breaking news events with accurate, confident, and fast analysis.
• Maintain a strong pulse on global markets, investor sentiment, and financial innovation—from traditional players to disruptors.
• Contribute to overall digital content strategy - working across alongside social, programming, distribution and digital teams to create compelling strategy and execute in an efficient manner. 

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have: 

Required Qualifications: 

• 8 years of experience required.  On-air experience at a major financial media outlet.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, economics, and investing.
• Strong live presentation and interviewing skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, real-time broadcast environment.
• Understanding of how to adapt content for various platforms—short-form social, live hits, in-depth sit-downs, etc.
• A confident, trustworthy presence that resonates with both sophisticated and retail investor audiences.
• Strategic focus with keen execution skills.
