There is a need within the CBSE_SAVE team to support complex vendor systems.  This support requires extensive system knowledge across a not well-known tech stack, tracking extensive contacts within the firm, outside the firm and a strong understanding of security administration processes.  This support also requires managing both vendor and FTE resources that are required to support and deliver software solutions to affect change on this Schwab Global Accounts system.  This role is needed to operate with minimal supervision but will have greater responsibility to ensure client trading, client account access and system up-time is achieved.
We seek a highly qualified person, looking for expanded responsibilities, and has demonstrated the technical, organizational and communication skills to effectively manage our complex ecosystem with minimal supervision.  The candidate needs to successfully manage complex project work required in this space, with the RHEL upgrade and migration from Market Data Systems (trading) team to the International Global Technology team.
The candidate will be expected to grow their skills and leadership to oversee contract resource(s) and broaden the support and responsibilities across the organization.

Required Qualifications

5+ years extensive system knowledge across a not well-known tech stack, tracking extensive contacts within the firm, outside the firm and a strong understanding of security administration processes. 

▪ Designs advanced support processes and mentors peers to optimize functionality and security
▪ Establishes robust processes to create, secure, and monitor data pipelines and stores
▪ Designs efficient processes to resolve incidents and minimize downtime
▪ Develops QA processes that confirm compliance and ensure operational reliability
▪ Streamlines requirement analysis and validation for enhanced efficiency
▪ Designs security processes to enhance security and regulatory compliance
▪ Enhances processes that merge predictive and adaptive software design techniques
▪ Designs efficient processes that ensure quality and resolve issues in software components
▪ Optimizes processes for secure, compliant, and reliable software releases
▪ Optimizes design processes by integrating predictive or adaptive methods with cloud principles

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
