Charles Schwab's Offer Management team is responsible for the strategic planning, business analysis, concept design and change management of our wealth management delivery professionals at Schwab. We work, think and approach problems differently than your traditional financial services firm, and we drive to change how Schwab operates and how the industry serves investors. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the progress of delivering a consistent wealth management experience comprised of people, process, and technology to serve clients with scale and consistency.

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Offer Management in Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA) to play a key role in supporting the development, governance, and implementation of investment solutions across Schwab Wealth Advisory. This individual will drive consistency across Schwab Wealth Advisory for investment management and portfolio construction and provide perspectives on new products and their use.  This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence and collaboration across enterprise.  The Sr. Manager role will report to the SWA Client Experience Offer Lead and work closely with enterprise business vertical leads to design and deliver a comprehensive and elegant client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and develop best-in-class experiences to support the delivery of our highly complex wealth and advice ecosystem.
  • Support the offer management function in aligning investment strategies and portfolio construction across SWA clients.
  • Evaluate new investment products and offers for consistency with the firm’s investment philosophy, platform design, and client needs.
  • Partner with internal investment teams, risk, and compliance partners to create a structured, repeatable framework for onboarding new clients.
  • Provide analytical and strategic support for evaluating new investment products and/or offers, including ETFs, SMAs, and alternatives.
  • Support business case development and stakeholder alignment for the introduction of new offerings.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, product management, or investment consulting
  • Strong understanding of investment products (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, alternatives) and advisory platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or CFA a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
