We are looking for a Senior Manager for the Digital Trading and Wealth Management team within the broader Digital Advisor Services organization. As a product owner, you will play a key role in the delivery of SAC Web Trading platform solutions by:

• Staying connected with stakeholders and end users.
• Understanding stakeholder outcomes and requirements then incorporating that into solutions.
• Managing a roadmap and prioritizing a product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria, based on tech/stakeholder feedback and changing business priorities.
• Partnering with a broad variety of business partners, spanning marketing, compliance, client representatives, business leaders, and more.
• Working with designers and engineers to align on approaches and expected behaviors.
• Helping build user awareness with training, self-help content, and platform updates.
• Gathering and using data to drive informed decisions.

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must have current or past Schwab system knowledge and experience.
• 7-10 years of career experience in finance  interacting with Advisors and gaining insights into their digital solution needs.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous product owner or experience working on a scrum team is a plus.
• A “can do” attitude that leans towards action and the ability to overcome obstacles and successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously, at times under tight deadlines with minimal direction.
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate hurdles and craft appropriate solutions.
• High attention to detail and experience with rigorous quality control approaches with a focus on accuracy, and an eye for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational data and distill insights into strong product or process recommendations.
• Team player with strong work ethic and high sense of urgency who can work well alone as well as with others on any given project/assignment.
• Expert Communicator – Ability to communicate complex messages, trade-offs, and tell a compelling story to all job levels and job functions / organizations across the enterprise.
