This is ETL Developer role based in LoneTree, CO, managing the software development lifecycle including the coordination, prioritization and communication across the business product areas. It will include building and realizing the strategy for the teams to support the dynamic needs of the WAME business.

The is a hands-on role, building a client driven technology organization.  The role entails full Agile and DevOps model in partnership of WAME business—designs/develops software solutions and business process solutions based on business needs.  Lead application components of moderate complexity, with guidance from manager.  Provide technical design input in overall project.  Focus on quality based on Schwab’s standards.

Required Qualifications

This role requires a highly motivated, organized and experienced business focused technology individual with a proven record of software quality assurance to a front office investment management business.

• A university degree from a well-respected academic institution; advanced degrees in Information management, Computer Science, Business Administration and/or other professional certifications are a plus
• At least 5-years of professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience performing analysis, design and implementation of data warehousing and ETL solutions
• Experience with Informatica DVO
• Experience using Informatica Power Center, Control-M, Python and Powershell
• Recent experience working in Agile teams
• Understanding of SDLC and deployment processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some experience with cloud/ cloud foundry platform; AWS will be a plus
• Financial engineering experience or background
