Job Responsibilities: Develop technical solutions using high-level multi-paradigm programming in compliance with business requirements using C# and Java. Develop application programming interfaces that conform to framework of REST architecture using Java, XML, and Structured Query Language (SQL). Identify and develop automation solutions to enhance platform functionality and support multiple agile product teams to craft test automation strategies and execution. Improve quality of software by monitoring end-to-end testing using Zephyr, Confluence, and Jira. Test processes, frameworks, design strategies, test cases, automation tests in Java with frameworks including Junit, TestNG, Selenium, JMeter, and Appium. Provide technical guidance and work closely with offshore QA Automation teams to create agile test automation solutions, accelerating Schwab’s SDLC processes and meeting critical business objectives. Maintain tools used in the Automation development including source control, test management and release systems. Conduct acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Gherkin languages including Cucumber, Cucumber-jvm, Cucumber-js, SpecFlow, Serenity. Collaborate with other automation teams within Schwab to identify and develop automation best practices for continuous improvement. Develop web services, APIs, middleware, and evaluate new technology or processes to support sustainable, continuous test automation. Develop advanced programming solutions in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) through the creation and maintenance of automation scripts, utilizing various programming languages.

What you have


Job Requirements: Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field and 36 months of experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months of experience involving the following: Develop automated test script using C#; API development including creating API collections and environment using Postman and Mabl; QA Automation using selenium-based automation framework and using Entity Framework for execution of Automation; Logging and dashboard creation to report daily automation reports and monitoring test failures using Splunk; Agile Methodologies including Agile process, values and procedures; and CICD/DevOps Tools including Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Bamboo, AZURE Cloud, and Octopus.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
