The Sr. Manager of Tax Offer Development is a key role that supports the strategy, offer development, and execution for tax-aware planning and investing in Schwab Wealth Advisory. In this role as an individual contributor, you will design and build tax-related offers for advisors to deliver to Schwab’s end clients at scale, working with partners in risk & governance, digital product, field enablement and more.

As the Sr. Manager of Tax Offer Development, you will:

  • Manage go-to-market and implementation plans for Tax offers
  • Be an expert in the needs, expectations, and pain points of clients and advisors
  • Inform decisions related to the design and delivery of tax offers
  • Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership that will be used to influence the strategic direction of the client and rep experience
  • Cultivate and nurture strong partnerships with cross-enterprise business partners, stakeholders, executives, vendor contacts, and client-facing representatives

  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to visualize offer design & delivery holistically across multiple time horizons
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and influencing skills; strong emotional intelligence and executive presence. Thrives on building strong authentic relationships on the team and across the organization.
  • Track record of designing & implementing end-to-end experiences that achieve superior results for the end user at scale
  • Experience in gathering data and synthesizing insights to understand client needs, and use these insights to inform design and positioning of products and services
  • Excellent presentation skills and demonstrated success in a collaborative environment
  • Exceptional organization skills and the ability to keep self and others informed of and prepared for key milestones on offer roadmaps
  • Expertise in tax topics, including designing and delivering tax-related programs, enhancements, and offers preferred
  • BA/BS degree required; CFP and/or CPA preferred

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
