Duties: Leading the application development & automation team, by planning, executing, and tracking the project activities. Visualization, application monitoring. Managing, evolving, and building CI/CD pipelines. Identifying performance improvements in areas like responsiveness, availability, and scale. Participating and leading the Disaster Recovery Exercise for various DaRT data platforms. Responsible for capacity planning and defining project timeline and defining roadmap and stakeholders’ alignment and management. Leading the solutioning to automate use-cases and conducting training for engineering teams. Working with business teams to prioritize their objectives and aligning staff capacity accordingly. Creating dashboard and reports for executive having various metrics about efficiencies and application health check. Driving our technology initiatives to build asset, which can be leveraged by others in organization.

Salary: $162,469.00 to $168,600.00 per year

What you have


Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Requires 5 years (60 months) of experience in each of the following skills: Database object migration automation using Jenkin and Oracle; Data Modelling (Erwin), Extraction, Transformation, Scheduling (Autosys), and Loading using Informatica PowerCenter; Generating Health Dashboards using Splunk and Tableau; Informatica Power Center and OBIEE applications to build DevOps Automation using Jenkin and Github; Application monitoring automation using Dynatrace, Splunk, or AppDynamics; Building and upgrading CRM Application (Siebel and Guidewire Claim Center) troubleshooting performance and crash issues using Siebel Performance Optimization and Application Integration; and Automation using Python and shell scripting for various use cases for Informatica Power Center and Oracle Database Migration Validation and Autosys Job Scheduling, and Database Scrubbing, Database Security using Roles, and Encryption.
