The HR Transformation & Strategy team is responsible for leading large-scale initiatives across HR, driving continuous improvement efforts, and consulting with teams to optimize their functions.  We drive innovation and change by challenging the status quo.

As a Senior Manager on the HR Transformation team, you will manage complex and broad-reaching initiatives across Human Resources and the firm. You will drive change with tailored approaches to the needs of the initiatives and stakeholders.  You will also deliver value to the HR organization through consulting on strategies and how to translate strategies into action plans that drive results. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading or consulting on large-scale, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Leveraging project management best practices to lead all project life cycle aspects and drive business deliverables.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to define their vision and clear outcomes and developing execution plans.
  • Evaluating change implications and collaborating with change management partners to develop and execute change plans.
  • Serving as a strategic partner for project teams, demonstrating flexibility to meet team and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborating with leaders to uncover opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and process improvement.
  • Building strong relationships with HR COE leaders to ensure cross-functional alignment and seamless execution of HR strategic priorities.
  • Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of transformation initiatives, tracking performance to ensure positive ROI and broader business objectives.
  • Evaluating gaps and opportunities in programs and projects, and implementing learnings across initiatives.
  • Leveraging a consultative approach to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Clearly defining shared goals and success criteria, ensuring stakeholder commitment.
  • Understanding the business need, opportunity, or issue for assigned projects and aligning solutions to stakeholder and organizational objectives.
  • Mentoring teammates by providing continual feedback and insights on initiatives and best practices.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of project management and/or consulting experience, as well as experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successful track record of partnering with key stakeholders to deliver against key objectives and initiatives.
  • Highly collaborative working style with the ability to cultivate strong relationships, focusing on teamwork and partnership.
  • Proven strategic thinker with a strong track record of developing effective strategies and translating them into an execution plan.
  • Previous success influencing, gaining credibility/trust, and building collaborative relationships with HR professionals and leaders.
  • Adaptability to continuously flex approach based on stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and clients concurrently.
  • Critical eye toward simplicity and process efficiency.
  • Comfort level embracing ambiguity.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on innovation and disrupting the status quo.
  • Solutions-oriented and creative in solving problems and delivering results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
