Our Opportunity

The Advisor Services Technology (AST) DocuSign team develops solutions to support digital account open and account maintenance experience with goals to drive down use of paper and reduce NIGO (not in good order) submissions.

As a member of the Advisor Services Technology team, you will be immersed in a collaborative, innovative, and technically challenging environment. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Design, develop, and deliver solutions as part of an Agile Scrum team.
  • Leverage understanding of software development principles and practices to help mentor and coach more junior team members.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluating specific factors.
  • Engage in open and transparent communication to keep the team consistently informed
  • Support and triage issues and participates in production support to help develop resilient and secure systems to prevent issues that impact on our clients.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define strategy and scope of software requirements (decompose stories, design features, and prioritize tasks)
  • Delivering new concepts and features, working alongside development peers in an agile environment
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers and NERDS to perform their best and provide feedback in the form of code review, design reviews, etc.
  • Utilize automated software test tools and frameworks such as test-driven development to achieve the highest quality in software delivery

What you have


Required Technical Qualifications:

  • Advanced .Net web and service development skills, typically built through 5+ years of applicable experience developing in .Net/C#
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc...)
  • Advance knowledge in object-oriented design, SOA, design patterns, development, implementation and maintenance.
  • Proficiency with SCM and DevOps tool suites; examples include Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, Harness etc.
  • Advance Knowledge of cloud computing platform technologies (i.e., AWS, GCP, Azure, PCF)
  • Advance Knowledge of logging aggregation tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana or similar tools
  • Knowledge of Automation frameworks and Test-Driven Developments with tools like Mabl, DTAF

Preferred Technical Qualifications:

  • Experience with frameworks such as .NET, .NET Core
  • JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc...)
  • Experience developing/managing REST and SOAP-based Web Service API(s) in a transaction processing environment
  • Experience with distributed multi-tier applications, OAuth security, RDBMs DB
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines like GitHub
  • Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as PCF /GCP.

  • Delivers scalable, business-aligned system design solutions through predictive or adaptive approaches.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonuses or incentive opportunities.
