The Director, Digital Wealth Product Integration leads the teams responsible for delivering the holistic experience and delivery for the digital wealth strategy and platform direction on behalf of Schwab’s Retail, Advisor Services and Wealth Advisory clients and associated rep/advisor experiences

Key Outcomes:

  • Spearhead the integration and governance and scaling for Gen AI across the Wealth & Advice Solutions organization
  • Collaborate with offer owners and client-facing teams to identify opportunities to streamline workflows to improve efficiency and enhance experiences and/or reduce risk
  • Champion change efforts supporting Gen AI fluency and capabilities across the organization, promoting the value and efficiency
  • Support new growth efforts by partnering closely across senior product, technical, AI and data leaders to ensure investments are future-proofed and able to scale for Schwab over the coming decade with a particular focus on data readiness
  • Synthesize, communicate and advocate for the longer-term strategic product and platform direction for digital wealth management enabling emergent client experiences and scaling efficiently.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation, ensuring the organization remains ahead of the curve in a continuously changing market.
  • Partner to define the offers, develop the platforms / data infrastructure and oversee the offers, while also launching new products and capabilities scalable for the firm
  • Empower future state experiences for reps and across all client segments, partnering with client-facing and offers leaders.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of risk partners, internal and external legal counsel and directly with regulators as we introduce new capabilities and innovations to the marketplace.

What you have


Required Experience:

  • 10+ years’ experience in building, shaping and leading digital wealth platforms, products and offers in a wealth management environment of similar scale and complexity.
  • Executive presence/ awareness to convey complex concepts through various mediums in relatable terms and anchored in business meaning across various use cases (broad strategic questions, targeted strategic initiatives, board-level communications, etc.)
  • Demonstrated passion and curiosity and willingness to offer bold perspectives to challenge the status quo.
  • A passion for building robust capabilities and scaling across multiple channels and experience and track record of maintaining and scaling sophisticated digital wealth products.
  • Deep knowledge of the technologies delivering wealth management and their risk frameworks.
  • Experience in successfully gathering data and synthesizing insights to understand client needs, attitudes, and emotions and inform design and positioning of products and services
  • Leadership and relationship-building skills, including ability to influence and build consensus across experience design, product, technology, marketing, regulatory, and other areas of the firm and all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Post graduate degree is a plus.

  • Strong people leader who enables leaders and their high-performing teams
  • Effective relationship builder – ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong preference for CFP, CFA and/or a series 24.
