Senior Specialist, Intl Client Services

Your opportunity

As an International Services ECG Sr Specialist, you will take inbound chats and secure messages from global (non-US residents) and domestic clients with all a full range of service and trading needs. You will work on a collaborative, growing team in a fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options in addition to general account servicing inquiries. The Sr Specialist role will also include sharing your trading, service, and professional knowledge with the team in various formal and informal settings, as well as peer mentoring opportunities. The relationships that you create and uphold will have a direct impact as you aid our clients and your teammates to “Own Their Tomorrow.”

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• Current and active FINRA Series 7 / 63 
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with taking live chats and secure messages.
• Flexible and able to work chats, secure messages, or supervisory tasks as business needs change.
• Demonstrated excellence in key performance indicators.
• High level risk awareness by identifying written complaint language hidden in interactions.
• Active leader in meetings and team chats, with a desire to help increase team engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Finra series 9/10 licenses
• 5+ years of experience in client facing customer service roles.
• High flexibility in shift times as business needs change. Chat lines are open from 5:00am -10:59pm CT. The current need is highest for later shifts.
• Experience serving international clients with issues such as W8s, new account requirements, policies, procedures, etc.
• A passion to continually learn and teach your knowledge of personal finance, US and foreign markets, and the needs of our diverse international client base.
• Resilience to help achieve client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
