Our Advisor Services Business Consulting and Education (BCE) team creates and delivers industry-leading consulting, benchmarking, thought leadership, and education programs that help advisors achieve their goals and gain competitive advantage. The key to our success lies in our team members and community of partners coming together to create highly relevant and scalable programs that turn practice management insights into actionable plans that advisors can implement in their firms.

As a key contributor to our BCE team, you will be responsible for managing several of our talent related programs, including our RIA Talent Advantage Scholarship Programs, our LinkedIn Learning and Continuing Education programs, and external industry sponsorships. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects at once, and comfortable in an iterative, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of program and project management, high organizational and communication skills, and a desire to learn.  Positivity, flexibility, transparency, self-leadership, and efficiency are valued on the team, as is the ability to work with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in program management and/or content development
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the financial services industry and understanding of practice management and consulting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences, influence partners and report on status
  • Self-motivated, with a well-developed ability to grasp assignments and manage from inception through to completion.
  • Superior program management, organizational, and planning skills with an ability to execute multiple priorities concurrently
  • Highly detail-oriented ensuring data integrity and overall high quality of partner experience
  • A bias for action and the ability to understand dependencies and anticipate downstream consequences - overcoming obstacles and successfully executing on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong client focus and the ability to think in terms of client experience/perspective.
  • Team player with strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills to help foster relationships with business partners
  • Experience working with colleges and universities is preferred but not required

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
