Overview
In this role, you will be taking inbound calls from our retail clients, helping to educate them on a variety of topics, including Investing Principles, Trading & Market Mechanics, Product and Solutions - along with general customer service items. There will be opportunities for promotions and increased compensation as you look to build a career within Client Service & Support and Charles Schwab.

What you are good at
In this exciting customer service role, you’ll learn to educate our clients about investments, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. Licensed, but not a finance expert yet– that’s okay! We’ve seen tremendous success in building on professionals’ prior experience to aid our clients and create a career path at Schwab.
- Active FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses are required, so you can start serving Schwab clients right away
- Motivation to become an expert in the securities industry, including the principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
- A dedication to consistently improve the client experience
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone
- Robust consulting, influencing and client engagement skills
- Desire to work in a collaborative team-based culture
- An ownership mentality and continuous improvement mindset with a desire to continually develop and learn

- Bring enthusiasm: Work in a high energy call center representative environment
- Engage clients: Deliver great client service when answering inbound phone calls
- Be an advocate for clients: Take ownership and tackle complex and challenging issues to resolve the client’s needs. Introducing clients to Schwab and TD Ameritrade’s products and services
- Be consultative: Once licensed, recommend appropriate solutions to clients which align to their investment goals and promote Schwab growth.

We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this location ranges from $48,000 - $69,100 depending on related experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings.
