Charles Schwab Digital Rep Solutions defines the experience and oversees the management of Schwab's client relationship channels and internal platforms used by Schwab service representatives, financial consultants, and wealth advisors. The group is responsible for providing tools and experiences that enable clients to achieve their financial objectives, while supporting the strategic growth of the firm through rep assisted channels. The group supports all of Schwab's business enterprises and works with a wide range of internal stakeholders including technology, sales and service, strategy and marketing.

This product leadership role will be part of the Digital Rep Solutions Retail CRM team, focused on driving the entire product strategy and lifecycle for multiple project workstreams, with ownership for defining, planning, delivering, and supporting new and existing features and capabilities. The ideal candidate communicates effectively with various stakeholders across business and technology and thrives on being the voice of the client. They fully own their roadmaps, including construction of opportunity backlogs and management of releases, dependencies, and blockers that might impact delivery or production performance. What you will do

  • Craft and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the overarching goals of our Retail and Managed Investing businesses
  • Inspire and lead a team of product managers to build and execute upon actionable strategies to achieve our ambitious business objectives
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape, persona needs, and product performance to inform product/feature development and prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value
  • Build release plans and feature roadmaps aligned to strategic goals and organizational priorities while effectively managing stakeholder tradeoffs
  • Collaborate with teams across Field Marketing, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to bring new features and enhancements to fruition
  • Communicate clearly and effectively about product plans, benefits, and progress to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience leading discussions and interacting with senior stakeholders, user experience teams, and engineers
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and act upon opportunities to cultivate junior and senior product talent
  • A track record of successfully owning, planning, defining, and delivering prioritized product roadmaps
  • Proven experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, Design Thinking practices, and strong knowledge Product Management principles
  • Successful history of partnering with key business and delivery stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills; from storytelling to simplifying complex technical topics
  • Effective relationship builder--ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, deep curiosity, and focused execution to drive strategic vision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce and Financial Services experience

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
