Job Duties: Create AI roadmaps for enabling conversational platforms for different lines of business. Build proof of concept for GenAI applications powered by Large Language Models based on Business use-cases. Adapt existing latest large language models and/or fine-tune them to use cases in Schwab to drive process efficiencies and enhance user experience. Follow Agile practices for project delivery. Ensure that the committed priorities are delivered on time and challenges are promptly voiced. Communicate the business value generated from different analyses and work with stakeholders for plan to action. Collaborate with cross function teams to understand requirements and translating into data science workflows. Create detailed documentation for each project/use-cases with necessary information about projects.

What you have

Job Requirements: Master’s in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field and 36 months of experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 36 months involving the following: Statistical modeling and the development of supervised and unsupervised machine learning models; Working with large language models (LLMs), encompassing prompt engineering, fine-tuning/adapter tuning, and inference; Developing conversational chatbots leveraging cutting-edge NLP techniques and platforms such as Dialogflow ES/CX and Vertex AI; Product analytics, utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases to extract and translate data into actionable insights for product improvement; and Python programming skills

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
