Your opportunity

DAFgiving360™ is an independent nonprofit organization created to increase charitable giving in the U.S. We offer a donor-advised fund program and related philanthropic tools and guidance that empower donors to incorporate charitable planning into their everyday lives and make a bigger difference in the world. Since our founding in 1999 as an 501(c)(3) public charity, DAFgiving360 donors have recommended over $44 billion in grants to more than 280,000 charities.

DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

We’re seeking a seasoned product marketer with 8+ years of relevant professional experience in financial services. This individual will own the development and execution of product marketing strategies for our charitable donor-advised fund offer, ensuring our value proposition and ongoing offer enhancements are effectively messaged and merchandised across key audiences and channels. The ideal candidate will understand the wealth management marketplace, as well as how to effectively develop go-to-market plans across integrated marketing channels.

The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing will collaborate across marketing, product, strategy, sales, field enablement, internal communications, external agencies, and others to strategize, develop, and deliver impactful marketing around our offer. If you’re interested in an opportunity that maximizes your product marketing expertise and allows you to contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven organization, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business objectives, product value proposition, ongoing offer enhancements, and audience needs to create compelling marketing strategies and go-to-market plans that drive offer awareness, adoption, and retention.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by becoming an advocate for our key donor and advisor audiences, their needs and buyers’ journeys, and how we can best translate that into relevant messaging and positioning.
  • Serve as a product marketing SME, setting a vision for how our offer gets communicated to the marketplace, a roadmap for how to achieve the vision, and establishing self as a go-to marketing consultant for partners along the way (including on large, cross-functional initiatives).
  • Translate growth objectives and offer strategy into actionable product marketing strategies and plans, then manage on-strategy execution across different audience segments and distribution channels.
  • Oversee and/or develop new product marketing deliverables to include email campaigns, webpages, sales materials, and more, while ensuring consistent messaging and positioning throughout.
  • Coordinate updates to existing marketing and sales materials to ensure ongoing product enhancements are activated across audiences and channels.
  • Project manage marketing through all phases of development, from strategy through delivery and ongoing optimizations; collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, legal, compliance, agencies, and more on content creation, review, and approvals.
  • Take an insights- and data-driven approach to developing best-in-class product marketing, including monitoring and applying learnings from marketing performance data, along with industry, competitor, and marketing trends; socialize results and learnings with relevant team members and partners for awareness.
