The Regulatory Reporting Team is part of the Corporate Controller’s department and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the Company’s regulatory financial and risk reports, as well as other performance metrics. Reports are prepared for the consolidated corporation and its subsidiaries, with most disclosed to both the investing public and federal regulators.

The Regulatory Reporting team is looking for a Manager to support ongoing reporting obligations as well as several projects the team is working on to enhance reporting efficiency, integrate new products into reporting, and establish data governance and controls. Through this work you will partner with product, technology, risk, accounting, and other teams across the firm.

What you have


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 5+ years GAAP accounting experience, including specific experience with financial reporting.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Motivation to learn, share ideas and embrace challenges.

  • High proficiency using MS Excel and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.3

Other desirable experience:

  • Relevant banking or financial services accounting experience
  • Awareness of or experience with SQL and related applications such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Power Query, Toad Data Point or Alteryx
  • Prior regulatory reporting experience (i.e. Call Report or SEC 10-Q/10-K)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), other public accounting or consulting experience

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
