Our Opportunity:
The Asset Transfer Services (ATS) Department balances incoming and outgoing transfer requests for Schwab clients.
ATS strives to lead the industry by crafting the best transfer experience for our clients, internal business partners, and
contra/brokerage firms.

What you’ll do:
The Operational Associates in ATS perform a variety of functions and services for our Schwab Advisor Services and
Investor Services client groups. This includes but is not limited to processing transfer paperwork, reviewing assets for
acceptability to transfer, communicating directly with clients, business partners, and other financial institutions.

What you have


Be flexible to switch gears throughout the day to assist with meeting critical cut-off times or high-volume
processing spikes.
• The ability to provide excellent customer service on inbound and outbound calls and via written communication,
while also building and sustaining positive relationships with clients, internal business partners, and contra firms.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy while meticulously processing each transfer request in a timely manner.
• Experience working with multiple systems in a dual monitor environment, and basic computer skills (including
Microsoft Office products) are required.
• The desire and ability to work cooperatively & collaboratively with others on the team, in the department, and with
leadership.
