As a Workday Product Owner, you will play a role in transforming how we deliver value to our employees and business partners. You will be responsible for executing the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Workday capabilities and optimization efforts across multiple Workday modules. • Contribute to the product strategy & roadmap for Workday including Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits.

  • Translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables, including technical specifications, epics, and user stories for agile development teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Total Rewards and Schwab Technology Services (STS) to design and maintain seamless integrations with downstream systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Stay abreast of Workday releases and feature previews, proactively assessing impact and championing the adoption of relevant enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance, gathering user feedback, and optimizing process efficiency.

*Please Note:  This is an in-office role, requiring on-site presence in one of the locations where the role is posted, a minimum of 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday), and offers the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.  This policy is subject to change at any time, at the Company's sole discretion.
