As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will be a part of the Sales Service and Marketing Technology team, and will be immersed in a collaborative, innovative, and technically challenging environment and help drive the next generation of Data Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and AI-powered Quality Solutions.

You will partner with engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to implement scalable automation frameworks, drive data quality initiatives, and establish enterprise testing standards. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for ETL, data integration, and Java Spring Boot applications.
  • Validate data pipelines, transformations, migrations, and end-to-end integrations.
  • Build automation solutions using Java, SQL, Selenium, API automation, and modern testing tools.
  • Drive data quality through automated validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.
  • Establish testing standards, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
  • Leverage AI tools, including GitHub Copilot, to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership through code reviews and quality initiatives.
  • Support risk assessment, defect management, and release readiness activities. 

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Software Quality Engineering and Test Automation experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience testing ETL, data integration, and Java Spring Boot applications.
  • Strong development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
  • Expertise in ETL, data migration, data integration, and data quality validation.
  • Experience building enterprise automation frameworks using Selenium and API automation.
  • Experience validating Salesforce, enterprise platform, and analytics integrations.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including regression, exploratory, and risk-based testing.
  • Experience with Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and code reviews.
  • 1+ years of experience using GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science ,related field or equivalent work experience. 



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
  • Informatica or similar enterprise data integration technologies.
  • Experience validating large-scale data migrations and analytics platforms.
  • Financial services or other regulated industry experience.
  • Experience leading quality engineering transformation initiatives.
  • Passion for AI-driven quality engineering and automation. 


Ideal Candidate: 

A developer-minded SDET with strong Java engineering, ETL/data validation expertise, and automation framework development experience. You thrive on solving complex data integration challenges, driving quality at scale, mentoring teams, and leveraging AI to improve engineering productivity. 

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
