NOTE: The office is located at 4150 Kinross Lakes Pkwy, Richfield, OH 44286. The New Hire Training Class is September 21st, 2026.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible forbonusor incentive opportunities. We offer a competitive pay differential for candidates who are bilingual in Spanish, recognizing the added value of supporting a broader client base. Terms and conditions apply.

  • Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule. 
  • Ability to work various shifts to serve ourparticipants, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 8:00am to 7:15pm CEastern Time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previouscustomer service or client relationship experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
