Our Business Systems Analysts are highly knowledgeable resources that bridges the gaps between project groups and asks critical questions of proposed solutions to improve quality and outcomes.
We are seeking a technical resource with a systems background that will translate between product owners and developers, and apply critical thinking to proposed solutions with a focus on solution •
You will perform the Technical Business Analyst role to create and refine technical backend user stories to deliver product features across 1-2 Scrum teams
You will remove research and technical impediments for the team.

What you have


Required Qualifications

• 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
• 5+ years Atlassian tool suite experience

• 1+ year of Schwab technology domain experience gained as a current or recent contractor or employee
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office tools such as JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in a technical role that includes writing or reviewing code
• Experience analyzing technically complex, cross-organizational, global, or multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience using Visual Studio and GIT repositories for code management
• Understanding of waterfall, Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies
• Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills
• Excellent time management, communication, collaboration and organization skills
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) basic concepts
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills as well as excellent time management, communication, collaboration and organization skills
• Strong presentation skills for review with stakeholders
