The purpose of the Asset & Account Maintenance team within Trust and Custody Services is to own the setup and maintenance of company sponsored retirement plans requested through the Retirement Business Services and Retirement Plan Services channels. You will work within a team and rotate as necessary to meet the goals of the business on daily functions and projects.  You will have the opportunity to review and enhance processes, and the ability to leave a mark on a growing business unit in an industry leader with various opportunities for growth.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Complete assigned daily functions in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Quickly learn the processes and identify process improvements
  • Accurately process high volumes of work independently while working within a collaborative team
  • Prioritize multiple tasks daily while maintaining continuous communication with management and other internal business partners.
  • Take initiative on complex or escalated items
  • Take on projects

  • Interest in the financial services industry and desire to learn about retirement plans

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
