DAFgiving360™ is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to increasing charitable giving in the United States. Through donor-advised funds and philanthropic tools, we help individuals and families integrate charitable planning into their financial lives and make a meaningful difference.

DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

Our opportunity:

As a member of the DAFgiving360 Design and Delivery Training team, you will create blended learning experiences that strengthen employee skills, knowledge, and confidence. The Training team supports Organizational Development’s mission to improve organizational effectiveness by designing practical, high-quality programs that help employees serve clients effectively. In this role, you will analyze business needs, develop measurable learning solutions, and partner with stakeholders across the firm to improve performance and support DAFgiving360’s mission to increase charitable giving.

What you’ll do

  • Learning strategy and analysis
    • Apply ADDIE and adult learning principles to build engaging learning experiences that meet business needs and
    • Analyze learning needs, delivery methods, scope, and success measures to define effective training solutions.
    • Create training plans that define audience, purpose, timing, format, approach, and alignment to business goals.
  • Design and development
    • Design programs using outlines, storyboards, prototypes, and other instructional design tools.
    • Develop learning materials across multiple modalities, including eLearning, video, classroom, and other formats.
    • Write clear training content that simplifies complex information and follows organizational standards.
    • Create visuals that strengthen learning and support transfer through sound design principles.
  • Project coordination and quality
    • Define requirements, scope, timelines, and priorities to manage work effectively.
    • Manage project timelines, feedback cycles, milestones, and implementation deadlines.
    • Follow team quality standards, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) requirements, and established policies and
  • Collaboration and communication
    • Build collaborative, client-focused relationships with partners, colleagues, and stakeholders.
    • Lead productive meetings and working sessions with clear goals, effective communication, and active
    • Identify needs, risks, scope changes, and impacts; provide thoughtful recommendations when challenges arise.
    • Contribute to departmental strategy efforts that strengthen the learning organization.

What you have


  • Education and learning design experience
    • Formal education in instructional design, adult learning, learning theory, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience creating self-paced, blended, and classroom-based learning solutions.
  • Planning, execution, and quality experience
    • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Ability to manage complex, medium-sized projects and concurrent initiatives with confidence and follow-through.
    • Unwavering attention to detail, organization, and quality.
  • Collaboration and adaptability
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and project teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, adapt to change, influence others, and execute with a customer-focused mindset.
    • Strong self-leadership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Technology, writing, and media development
    • Ability to quickly learn and use evolving technologies, including DCMS and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear, easy-to-understand training content.
    • Experience creating visual, graphic, video, and audio learning assets.
