Advisor Wealth Services – Trading Offer & Platform Services Technology Team is a specialized group of institutional trading professionals recognized for their deep expertise in market mechanics, advanced trading systems, and client-focused service. The team excels at leveraging sophisticated trading platforms and execution strategies to deliver superior results for institutional clients.

In addition to their commitment to service, the team collaborates closely with other Trading Services departments to drive operational excellence throughout the entire trading lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consultative support to institutional clients, including trading presentations, platform recommendations, and education on order handling and systems.
• Establish client objectives through active listening and clear communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners and external clients, promoting the trading desk capabilities.
• Demonstrate expert-level understanding of order management systems, electronic trading tools, and risk management for large block orders.
• Ability to assist with trading and allocation processing as needed.
• Support trading applications releases when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Series 7 and 63
• Proven track record of cultivating relationships with institutional clients and internal business partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, exemplifying the vision and values of Schwab

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of institutional equity/option trading experience
• Series 9 & 10 ,24, or 57 brokerage licenses
• Familiarity with FIX protocol 
• Experience with Schwab’s trading and allocation systems

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
