The Field Operations team is responsible for designing and implementing programs that support the evolution of our client relationship models across our mass affluent, high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client segments. The team provides support and insight to deliver best practices, scale, and enhanced sales effectiveness across Retail sales channels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Support the design, documentation, and implementation of scalable and automated solutions for Practice Assignment and Branch Information Change processes, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day execution of strategic initiatives, including project tracking, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and status updates regarding Practice Assignment.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams across Sales, Technology, and Operations to gather requirements, incorporate subject‑matter expertise, and support alignment across initiatives.
  • Contribute to executive‑ready materials by synthesizing findings into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reporting, including data validation, documentation, ETL support, and continuous improvement of analytics processes.
  • Conduct analytical work to help answer key business questions related to practice assignment, sales effectiveness, and operational performance.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business problems, design solutions, and draft clear requirements documentation to support development and delivery.
  • Build and support automation and low‑code solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) to reduce manual effort and improve process reliability.
  • Partner with technology and data teams to support solutions leveraging modern data architecture, cloud databases, and version‑controlled development practices.
  • Manage and support ad-hoc strategy projects, investigating / answering critical questions for senior executives around practice assignment

What you have


The ideal candidate will possess the following capabilities:

  • Hands‑on experience with following:
    • Python
    • SQL
    • GitHub
    • Accessing data through cloud databases such as BigQuery
    • Working in agile or scrum‑based environments
    • Low code tools such as Power Automate and Power apps
  • A client-centric focus that keeps clients in the forefront of decisions and connects plans and actions to our purpose of serving investors and branch network personnel.
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships and working with cross-functional teams to design and deliver client experience initiatives, including evaluating opportunities and making recommendations based on the unique needs of the business.
  • A passion for proactively seeking opportunities to make improvements, gain efficiencies and meet unknown needs.
  • Develop creative solutions to reduce manual tasks including scripting, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Ability to partner with technology and data teams to execute complex projects.
  • Understand data architecture, tools, and applications with the ability to do data modeling, SQL/Big Query

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years relevant experience
  • 3+ years in analytics, strategy, and/or data science is preferred.
  • 3+ years of coding (SQL, Python, etc.) is preferred.
  • Financial Services industry experience is preferred
