Your opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

The Schwab Investment Products Solutions and Services (SIPSS) FP&A team is a Finance partner supporting a business that manages more than $6 trillion in client assets, approximately $3B in revenue, 600 staff, and roughly $300M in operating expenses. This role will support the Schwab Investment Platforms, Solutions, and Strategy organization, with a focus on forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and decision support for the Strategy & Innovation and Corporate Development teams.

As a Sr. Specialist, Finance, you will help leaders understand business performance, evaluate financial impacts, and make informed decisions tied to firm priorities and strategic initiatives. You will lead expense management, forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis while partnering closely with business leaders, senior stakeholders, and Finance partners across the organization. Your ability to translate complex data into clear insights will be critical as you build financial models, assess growth and investment opportunities, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables with accuracy and discipline.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business questions, bringing structure to ambiguity, and improving how work gets done. You will be expected to identify opportunities to strengthen data collection, reporting, and analysis processes while building a deep understanding of the Strategy & Innovation and Corporate Development teams. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to communicate financial insights in a way that helps leaders take action.
