Your opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together.

We believe that, when done right, investing liberates people to create their own destiny. We are driven by our purpose to champion every client’s goals with passion and integrity. We respect and appreciate the diversity of our employees, our clients, and the communities we serve. We challenge conventions strategically to create value for our clients, our firm, and the world. We live and bring to life the concept of ‘own your tomorrow’ every day. We champion our employees’ strengths, guide their development, and invest in their long-term success. We hire optimistic, results-oriented, curious, innovative, and adaptable people with the desire to help our clients and one another succeed.

Schwab Advisor Services (AS), a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. is the leading provider of custody, trading, technology, and practice management to registered investment advisors (RIAs). It provides access to sophisticated wealth-management services that help advisors attract and retain affluent clients, as well as profitably grow, compete, and succeed in their business efforts. Schwab Advisor Services serves over 16,000 independent advisory firms who custody approximately $5 trillion of assets with Schwab.  RIAs choose independence because they are determined to take charge of their future. They want the freedom to serve their clients without compromise and to control their destiny as business owners. And like them, Schwab believes in doing the right thing for investors – it's a basic shared value.

The AS Business Consulting & Education (BCE) team creates and delivers industry-leading consulting, benchmarking, thought leadership, and education programs that help advisors achieve their goals and gain competitive advantage. Its extensive offerings include the RIA Benchmarking Study and immersive programs and content spanning business management, technology, operations, cybersecurity, AI, leadership, and more.  BCE’s impact is driven by its ability to create relevant, scalable programs that transform practice management insights into highly actionable strategies, further empowering advisors to grow, compete, and succeed. These programs are delivered by a nationwide team of experienced consultants who work closely with advisors to understand the firm’s challenges and areas of opportunity and then map a path forward.

As a key contributor to the Schwab Advisor Services BCE organization, the Senior Project Manager, Operations and Technology Consulting Support will partner closely with our Technology, Operations, Cyber and AI Consultants to support the delivery of immersive Digital Modernization Consulting Engagements to our largest and most complex RIA clients. The role will provide hands-on project management and in-depth data analysis, synthesis, and visualization support from pre-engagement through implementation, helping clients reduce rework and operational friction and strengthening how we work together to serve clients. Key focus areas include client onboarding, money movement, account maintenance, API integrations, and more. The Senior Manager will work across a wide range of internal Schwab teams and RIA clients to organize, track, and advance critical workstreams and initiatives through implementation, helping ensure strong outcomes.

This role will also help lead the creation, enhancements, and ongoing management of program content and resources, including scalable tools, guides, worksheets, exercises, and other consulting assets that support both immersive client engagements and broader application of the program.

BCE team members thrive on building connections, engaging with advisors, and delivering innovative solutions within a collaborative setting. They are driven by curiosity, a love of learning, and a desire to use their strengths to achieve significant outcomes.  The ideal candidate demonstrates adaptability within a dynamic, iterative workplace, values constructive feedback exchange, maintains a positive approach to professional collaboration, skillfully listens to and supports advisors’ needs, and can collaborate with and influence across multiple levels.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site 4 days a week in the specified location(s).

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis without employer sponsorship.
