Job Duties: Design and deploy upgrades, changes, and releases to OIM solution including integration with target applications and services. Make solid architectural choices to grow and enhance solutions and services over time and provide technical oversight to other team members. Use deep understanding of products and services to establish a roadmap that meets the needs communicated by business partners. Look for opportunities to simplify and streamline business processes. Interact with individuals across Schwab’s business groups and supporting organizations to successfully complete technology projects and enhancements. Represent the IdM Team in various partner meetings and providing subject matter expertise. Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver according to plan and develop contingencies when the unexpected occurs.

What you have


Job Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 60 months of experience involving the following: Identity Management or Information Security working on distributed platforms (UNIX or Windows); Oracle Identity Manager (SOA suite and BI publisher), Java, and J2EE; Software development lifecycle methodology; and Attestation and corporate oversight and control. .

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
