Your opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

Schwab is building a dedicated internal eDiscovery capability, and this role will help shape the technology, governance, and operating standards that support it. As a Senior RelativityOne Platform Administrator and AI Technologist, you will strengthen platform security, reliability, and scalability while enabling efficient, defensible legal workflows in a highly regulated environment.

You will administer and optimize RelativityOne, solve complex platform issues, establish repeatable configurations, and use sound decision-making to manage access, risk, releases, and change. You will also evaluate analytics and AI-enabled workflows, identify opportunities for responsible automation, and translate technical capabilities into practical solutions.

Success requires adaptability and close collaboration with Legal, Information Security, IT, Records Management, Compliance, Privacy, outside counsel, and service providers. Your work will improve platform adoption, strengthen governance, and advance Schwab’s legal technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Schwab’s RelativityOne environment, including users, groups, workspaces, templates, objects, applications, permissions, processing profiles, fields, layouts, indexes, dashboards, and workflows. Provide advanced troubleshooting and coordinate escalations with Relativity and other service providers.
  • Maintain and advance platform governance, configuration standards, least-privilege security patterns, and approved access models. Monitor audit activity, security configurations, system usage, storage, costs, incidents, operational exceptions, and adoption metrics to support continued secure, compliant, and auditable operations.
  • Evaluate, configure, test, document, and support approved analytics and Relativity AI use cases. Establish technical validation and monitoring practices for AI-enabled workflows and identify opportunities for responsible automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage releases, change controls, testing, configuration documentation, and feature adoption. Create and maintain administrator guides, SOPs, configuration inventories, training materials, job aids, and other knowledge resources, and deliver user enablement and platform training.
  • Partner with Legal, Information Security, IT, Records Management, Compliance, Privacy, outside counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders to support the modernization of legal technology capabilities within established governance and risk controls. Support matter execution and collections as a trained backup.
