DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

As a Senior Manager, Analytics Developer, you will play a key role in advancing analytics capabilities and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead the development of scalable analytics solutions, partner across teams, and translate business needs into actionable insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and delivery of analytics solutions, including dashboards, data models, and automated reporting
  • Translate business needs into scalable data products and actionable insights
  • Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with business, analytics, and data engineering teams
  • Establish and promote analytics standards and best practices
  • Enable business users through tools, training, and consultation
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What you have


Skills & Capabilities 

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive data visualizations and automated reporting in Tableau and other BI tools
  • Translating ambiguous requirements into effective solutions
  • Leveraging strong analytical and storytelling skills to summarize and deliver business intelligence to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Applying strong critical thinking skills, data expertise, and attention to detail to developing solutions to complex business problems
  • Managing a dynamic workload, including multiple deliverables while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities
  • Working collaboratively with other DAF Data team members, delegating and leading as needed, to ensure quality, on-time deliverables and increased exposure across the team
  • Ability to explain complicated information to both technical and non-technical partners
  • Strong cross-functional working relationships with leadership, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with a natural tendency to derive insights from and spot issues with data and the resourcefulness to find solutions and overcome barriers
  • Ability to solution for data challenges including working with the Data Engineering team to develop new ingestions, enhance data tables and envision optimal views for performant reporting

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Business Objects, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • 5+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or related quantitative field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a Data Analytics function
  • Certification in Tableau and Alteryx
  • Experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics (Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling, AI)
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Splunk
  • Experience with Google BigQuery
  • Experience with Dataiku 
  • Advanced degree or MBA
