Within Advisor Services, this role sits on the Offer Development, Delivery and Analytics team— where data, strategy, and innovation come together to shape how we service advisors.

As a Senior Manager, Analytics Consultant, you’ll translate complex data into clear insights that influence strategy, inform new offer development, and support senior‑level decision making. You’ll work closely with partners across Advisor Services to explore opportunities, test ideas, and deliver recommendations that help advisors—and Schwab—grow.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working through ambiguity, building strong partnerships, and using analytical thinking to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Key Outcomes and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analyses (frame the problem, pull and explore data, analyze results, and synthesize insights) to deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to size, test, and develop new offers and share insights with senior stakeholders

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (e.g., math, statistics, economics, engineering, finance) or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently with ambiguity—pull, explore, and analyze data and turn it into recommendations
  • 5+ years using SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis
  • Strong ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leaders and stakeholders
  • Expert use of PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or master’s in a related field)
  • 5+ years with statistical tools (R, SAS); AI/machine learning experience is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a B2B environment

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
