  • Familiarity with data governance concepts, including data quality controls, lineage, issue management, and documentation.

  • Ability to translate complex regulatory and business concepts into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical partners.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, agile, ambiguous environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Working knowledge of FR 2052a, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR).

What you'll do:

Business Analysis

  • Develop and support business process flows, data lineage documentation, and functional specifications for liquidity reporting systems.

Liquidity & Regulatory Reporting Enablement

  • Support systems and data pipelines used for daily, monthly, and ad-hoc liquidity reporting.

  • Ensure accurate sourcing, transformation, and aggregation of finance and risk data across multiple upstream systems and data platforms.

Data & Technology Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with technology, data engineering, and platform teams on system design, data models, interfaces, and reporting solutions.

  • Use SQL and data analysis techniques to validate data, perform reconciliations, investigate anomalies, and support issue resolution.

  • Validate system outputs through data analysis, controls, and exception monitoring to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Support testing activities including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation.

Risk Management & Controls

  • Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and partner with technology and data teams to drive remediation.

  • Contribute to audit, regulatory, and model risk management inquiries related to liquidity reporting systems and data.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current on evolving regulatory guidance, data standards, and industry best practices related to liquidity risk and reporting.

What You Bring to Schwab
