Job summary:

As a key member of the Forge Operations (IMO) team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day program administration and organizational rigor that keeps operational readiness work on track. The Manager will coordinate meeting cadence, materials, documentation, and artifact management; maintain program logs (RAID, program roadmap), and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility to actions, dependencies, and decisions. The Manager role will report to the Director, Operations Strategy and will be responsible for the following:

  • Build and maintain core program artifacts (integrated plan, deliverable tracker, decision log, RAID log, program roadmap, communications cadence) to support operational readiness delivery.
  • Create and manage documentation repositories (runbooks, SOPs, process maps, training materials, approvals) and ensure version control and auditability.
  • Prepare stakeholder and leadership updates (status, risks, decisions needed, milestone progress) and ensure consistent, accurate reporting.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager to support execution tracking for Interim/MVP deliverables and to keep dependencies, issues, and approvals moving.
  • Support go-live readiness activities (cutover checklists, communications, training logistics) and post-launch retrospectives/continuous improvement evolving through 2027 and beyond.
