Job Duties: Design, develop, configure, deploy, optimize, document, and maintain software data systems. Manage data storage and processing workloads within a cloud-based environment, including making enhancements and optimizations. Monitor cloud services, schedule jobs and workflows, script, and manage security for cloud assets. Execute migrations from on-premise to cloud platforms, supporting and optimizing cloud services to meet service level agreements, and functioning as a member of an agile engineering team. This includes supporting story creation and refinement, technical documentation, maintaining project management tools, and participating in scrum and status reporting meetings. Collaborate with other technical leaders to define and implement optimal software solutions, considering technical and project constraints. Engage with business partners and key stakeholders to review code solutions, provide peer feedback, and work closely with architects to deliver appropriate technical solutions.

What you have

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 72 months of experience involving the following: Event-driven and microservices architectures using GCP services, including Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Dataflow, and GKE; Data warehousing and lakehouse architectures on CGP using BigQuery and BigLake; Data governance with tools including GCP Dataplex and Informatica CDGC; CI/CD for Cloud Infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub Actions; GCP Operations Suite, including OpenTelemetry, Cloud Logging, GCP dashboards, and GCP alerting; and Data engineering with Python language, and streaming frameworks Kafka or GCP Pub/Sub. 

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
