Within Banking Operations, the ACH team supports reliable money movement while protecting clients and the firm through disciplined risk management, regulatory awareness, and operational excellence. You will use operational data and sound judgment to identify trends, recommend scalable solutions, and help ensure ACH practices remain aligned with applicable banking requirements.

You will also build sustainable team capability by developing procedures, knowledge content, training materials, and implementation plans; sharing specialized knowledge with new and experienced colleagues; and supporting cross-training across related Banking Operations functions.
