  • Define future-state approaches for internal servicing, workflow, case management, routing, visibility, and migration of legacy capabilities into enterprise platforms.

  • Partner across advisor-facing, associate-facing, workflow, case management, data, product, technology, architecture, operations, and modernization teams to advance shared outcomes.
  • Represent servicing workflows, operational requirements, growth priorities, and key decisions in enterprise planning forums.
  • Influence roadmaps by articulating Advisor Services specific use cases, dependencies, trade-offs, risks, and measurable outcomes with a focus on how platforms can also unlock current constraints that impact the business and our client base.

Leadership, Alignment & Execution

  • Lead through influence across a matrixed environment, aligning teams around shared priorities and capability decisions.
  • Create executive-ready recommendations, business cases, and decision materials that simplify complex platform and operational topics, that are aggregated into a compelling story that clearly articulates the needs, risks and benefits of recommended strategies, dependencies, ownership needs, and sequencing decisions early to support execution and adoption.
